Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information.

Return
We offer a return & refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, packed in the same condition that you received it so the re-sale is uninfluenced. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Returning packages that get lost in the shipping will not be refunded

To request a return and receive the return information, Please send an email to
support@endlesswebshop.com with your order number within 30 days after delivery.

Please
do not return your package without contacting us first, the return address is different from the address that’s provided on the package.

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 14 days. If rejected and needs to be sent back to you, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Orders that will not be refunded:
– The buyer returns the product without the original packaging and documentation.
– The buyer submitted the wrong shipping address and the order is already shipped.
– The buyer forgot to check out with a coupon code.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, Please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We are partnered with a print-on-demand company, which means that all our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a
damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please send an email to support@endlesswebshop.com with the order number and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
