We are partnered with a print-on-demand company, which means that all our products are unique and produced only once ordered. Our estimated order processing times are 1 – 5 business days.

Please allow additional production time during public holidays and Christmas shopping season.

Order mail
Order confirmations and shipping confirmations are emailed to the email address given at checkout. Please check your Junk/Spam folder before emailing us about missing confirmation emails. 

Shipping
In case of intercontinental deliveries, since our main provider is in Germany, we will try to route your order to a warehouse, within your destination country or your region (when available).

Estimated shipping times when shipped from Germany:
Europe 5 – 10 business day
Germany 2 – 5 business days
USA 10 – 30 business days
Northern Europe / EFTA 5 – 15 business days
Rest of the World 10 – 30 business days

Northern Europe includes: Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
EFTA states include: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland.
